Velocity26
I contacted Carol Carpenter, of Rainbow Aviation, and asked he about the upcoming changes for the LSR certificates. She claimed that the current discussions are about requirements for future certificates, and that current certificate holders are "grandfathered" with their certifications. Velocity26
That is also the rule that concerned me. On the positive note, I would certainly love to upgrade to an in-flight adjustable prop!

Those damn things aren't cheap and you know I'm thrifty. The dollar cost per knot would scare me away.
